The Transformation Framework is used in The College of Policing to inform peer reviews to help police organisations to improve.

When the Transformation Framework is used as a diagnostic tool for wellbeing, it can help us to develop and embed an organisational approach to wellbeing.

This model will be developed further to assist with organisational peer review for wellbeing, but in the meantime, consider some of the aspects of the ‘Scan, Plan, Do, Review’ model in relation to your own organisation, as set out in the guidance document below.
