'Purpose'
This is the first in our series of short films and mental health awareness packages. 'Purpose' is being offered to police forces across the country as a way to create awareness, spark debate and self-reflection.
It’s a short but powerful film based on the real-life experiences of working police officers and has been developed by a team of people who are all experienced in policing.
'Meaning'
This is the second in our series of short films and mental health awareness packages. 'Meaning' is the sequel to our first film 'Purpose' and follows 'Jake', a mid service officer as he navigates his career picking up on both the mental and physical demands of the job.
These films are intended to act as a platform to encourage officers and staff to not only be more self-aware, but to also encourage thinking and discussion around how systems and processes could work better, and provide an opportunity for signposting and support.
