The women's health board
Chief Constable Lisa Winward of North Yorkshire police is the National Police Chiefs Council (NPCC) lead for women’s health and chairs the women’s health board that brings together representatives from, staff associations, trade unions and networks, SME’s as well as those leading on national work relating to a range of issues that affect women’s health.
The board aims to provide strong, visible and emotionally intelligent leadership to promote the women’s health agenda. The work of this board is aligned to, and cognisant of, the work of the National Police Wellbeing Service, the College of Policing and other relevant NPCC portfolios. If you would like further information or would like to get involved in the work being done nationally, please email them directly.
