The Stephenson / Farmer Review is an independent review into how employers can better support the mental health of all people currently in employment, including those with mental health problems or poor wellbeing to remain in and thrive in work.

Released in October 2017, it sets out a number of recommendations centred around incentivising employers to prioritise workplace mental health, changes in legislation and bodies working towards putting mental health on a par with physical health.
