Wellbeing champions from Cambridgeshire Constabulary celebrated ‘Time to Talk Day 2020’ by encouraging officers and staff to visit their wellbeing rooms and visit them in the canteen to have a chat over a cuppa and a piece of cake.

Cambridgeshire have four wellbeing rooms up and running with two at their largest police stations, one at their Headquarters and one in their training centre. These rooms are set up as a quiet space where officers and staff can take five minutes to collect their thoughts, remove themselves from any stresses and get information about how their force is supporting their wellbeing. They can also find out about the work of the National Police Wellbeing Service.
