Thames Valley Police (TVP) have just published the sixth edition of their Thames Valley Police Journal.

If you haven’t read it before, the Thames Valley Police Journal features the evidence based policing research of officers and staff from the force, and academic colleagues who are working with TVP on policing research projects.

Running for three years, with six editions, the Journal includes excellent articles on welfare and wellbeing, that may be interesting to anyone involved in police wellbeing.

In this edition they feature Inspector Mike Darrah’s research on the impact of organisational injustice on wellbeing, and in previous editions they have included the work of Inspector James Ravenall on fatigue and policing.
