MindFit Cop training – information and consent
About the training
This training is provided by the National Police Wellbeing Service, giving you free access to online mindfulness training. You can use the training as much as you like, and you can stop any time you want.
This is not linked to your individual force and nobody in your organisation will know if you have accessed the course.
How we will use your information
Oscar Kilo, the National Police Wellbeing Service cares about your privacy and any data you supply will be held securely and managed securely and appropriately. Please read the points below carefully to understand what information we will request if you choose to take the course.
To validate your log-in to the mindfulness resources, we will need to provide your .pnn e-mail address by submitting a registration form via Oscar Kilo. By applying, you consent for us to contact you via email, and also consent for us to collect usage data. Usage data will help us understand how many people are using the training and how they are using the online content. How much each individual has used the content will never be made public or reported back to your force.
We will keep your e-mail address for a year after you initially register your details. After that time, your e-mail addresses will be deleted from our files.
You can withdraw your consent and opt out of the training at any time by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org Your personal data will be deleted.
